Hengfa Expands Smart Production Base to Boost Efficiency and Quality
Hengfa Home Decor has built a new smart production facility in Anxi, significantly enhancing production capacity and quality control, and accelerating its transformation into a digital and intelligent manufacturing enterprise.

In response to the national “Made in China 2025” strategy, Hengfa Home Decor officially launched its Phase II Smart Manufacturing Base in early 2025, located in the Yuantan Development Zone of Anxi. The facility spans over 25,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced machinery such as automated welding, laser cutting, and smart spraying systems. An MES system has also been introduced to enable full-process digital monitoring.
Once operational, the new facility has increased overall production capacity by 40%. Notably, productivity in iron craft and composite material lines has risen sharply, with improvements in product consistency and precision. The integration of smart logistics and warehousing has also reduced lead times, enhancing customer service efficiency.
The facility features an eco-friendly design, including a rooftop photovoltaic system that will generate about 30% of the plant’s annual electricity. Wastewater and air purification systems ensure compliance with green production standards.
“This expansion isn’t just about boosting output — it’s a leap toward Industry 4.0,” said the company’s general manager. “We’re committed to delivering higher quality and more flexible services to our global partners.”
The project has also drawn attention from international buyers, with major home decor brands from Canada, Australia, and Germany already expressing strong interest in collaboration.
